India has one of the largest youth populations in the world, with 65% of citizens under the age of 35. This demographic strength could drive India toward becoming a developed nation by 2047. Yet, over 10 crore underprivileged youth lack access to quality education, career guidance, and competitive exam preparation due to financial limitations. Many talented young people in villages and small towns cannot afford good schools, coaching institutes, or skill training. As a result, they struggle with:

  • Weak subject knowledge
  • Poor English communication
  • Lack of personality and soft skills
  • Limited awareness of career opportunities
  • No access to quality exam coaching

Without intervention, this creates a vicious cycle of poverty where capable youth are left behind.

Our Solution: Project Udaan 2.0

Project Udaan 2.0 provides high-quality online education, mentorship, and career support to underprivileged youth across India at almost zero cost. Our flexi-time and flexi-location model allows students to learn anytime, anywhere, enabling them to continue earning for their families while building their future. Courses Offered: Through partnerships with top institutions, students receive: • Competitive exam preparation (NEET, JEE, NDA, SSC, Banking, Defence) — Physics Wallah • Personality Development & Soft Skills — Orbit • English Language Training — Orbit & MultiBhashi • Career Counselling & Guidance These are high-value courses locally costing thousands of rupees, delivered to deserving youth at minimal cost.

Mentorship That Changes Lives

Each group of 10 students is guided by a dedicated mentor — experienced professionals, retired civil servants, and corporate leaders. Mentors help students with: • Academic guidance • Career planning • Personal counselling • Interview preparation • Confidence building They become friends, guides, and lifelong supporters for these students.

Reaching Every Village

Through collaboration with Common Service Centres (CSC), Ministry of Electronics & IT, Government of India, we now have access to: • 5.5 lakh CSC centres • 6 lakh villages • 50,000 CSC academies These centres identify deserving youth, help them register, and monitor their progress.

Impact So Far

Project Udaan 2.0 launched on 16 October 2023. Within months: • 4500+ students empowered • 540 districts covered • 24 states + 3 union territories reached • Course cost reduced from ₹8000 to ₹3200 per student • 14,000+ student support calls conducted • Real-time learning dashboards for donors • Independent Impact Evaluation by IIT Delhi

The Next Mission

For 2024-25, our goal is to empower 35,000 underprivileged youth across India. To achieve this, we require a ₹10 crore education fund. With your support, we can transform thousands of lives by giving deserving youth the opportunity they never had.
